Her career has spanned roles including Support Coordinator, Behaviour Specialist, Facilitator Trainer, and most recently, State Manager in Specialist Disability Accommodation.

Tracy is highly skilled in support coordination and has a deep understanding of the NDIS and aged care frameworks. She is passionate about working directly with individuals with disabilities, and is widely known for her engaging, hands-on, and compassionate approach.
