I am so extremely happy with our Son’s new forever home.
So happy for your patience whilst waiting for funding to come through. We never dared to hope at one stage that we would get into a house so close to us and everything would all come together.
Since moving in I appreciate the updates on what is happening within the house. Having never rented a house because it was a little bit overwhelming initially to read the tenancy agreement. Therefore, it was very nice to have the Tenancy Coordinator from your office meet with me to go over documents which was very useful.
IIn this space our son thrives due to the amenity, staff and lovely location. I think it is part of the reason that he likes it so much too to the point that I get told to go when I have visited there to drop off some things for him. He still needs the right balance between being at home and going out into the community of course but when he is home it is certainly a place that he wants to be.
I think the finishing touches that have been done such as a shared lounge area, nice reclining leather lounge chairs and the curtains make this a wonderful outcome for our son.
I like that we can communicate with each other so that we can all be happy with each other.
