If your preliminary assessment suggests you’re on the right track, you’ll be invited to ‘Express Your Interest’. we’ll invite you to ‘Express Your Interest’. This is your chance to share what matters most to you — how you want to live, what makes you feel at home, and how we can help you live more independently and confidently in a space that truly feels like yours.

We’ll work closely with you and your support network to make sure the next steps are clear, supported, and at your pace.

    Here’s how we help:

We bring your key supports together (like your NDIS coordinator, health providers, family, and others) to make sure everyone’s working together for your goals.

We help plan your move from start to finish — whether you’re coming from another home, hospital, or elsewhere — so nothing feels rushed or uncertain.

Our team helps you to choose the right building layout for you and your needs, with a variety of accommodation types available.

We talk to and coordinate with your NDIS, support workers, housing providers, and other key people on your behalf.

We work directly with you to build the skills and confidence you need to move into and manage your own home, whilst help you to understand and manage the responsibilities of being a tenant (rent, maintenance, and landlord communication).

We support you through the rental application process, including paperwork, inspections, and communication.

If you need special equipment or technology to live more comfortably and independently, we’ll help organise assessments to see what’s right for you.

Your home should feel like yours. We help explore and plan any changes that might make your space safer, more comfortable, and just right for your needs.

We’re with you throughout the whole journey — before your move, during the transition, and after you’ve settled in — making sure you feel confident, supported, and heard.
